Biography

Hussain Sajwani is the founder and chairman of DAMAC Properties, one of the Middle East's most prominent luxury real estate developers. Since founding DAMAC in 2002, Sajwani has delivered over 43,000 homes across Dubai, London, Toronto and other global cities.

He pioneered the branded residences model in Dubai โ€” partnering with Versace, Roberto Cavalli, de Grisogono, Paramount Hotels and Donald Trump to create ultra-luxury developments that command premium pricing. DAMAC was listed on the Dubai Financial Market in 2015 and later taken private by Sajwani in 2023.
