Harry Triguboff, known as "Highrise Harry," is Australia's richest person and the founder of Meriton โ Australia's largest apartment developer. Since founding Meriton in 1963, Triguboff has built over 75,000 apartments, primarily in Sydney and Brisbane, making him the dominant force in Australian residential development.
